Carrot Health to Present at The Academy Collaboratives

Carrot Health is excited to be a part of the upcoming The Academy Big Data Collaborative and Population Health Collaborative meetings February 6-10 in Phoenix.

During the Academy Big Data Collaborative, Founder and CEO Kurt Waltenbaugh will be presenting on the topic of “Leveraging Data of Social Determinants to Improve Population Health”. In this session, attendees will discuss how to effectively incorporate the wealth of social determinants data and tools through provider applications that focus on improving population health.

As part of the Population Health Collaborative, Kurt Waltenbaugh will share insights around developing consumer-driven strategies in a session on “Prioritizing Population Health Needs: Understanding Your Market”. Participants will discover the impact of underlying social determinants of health, how to identify those risks in their markets, and how best to meet and address those needs through programs and interventions.
