Analytics Solutions Manager (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Analytics Solutions Manager will apply their deep knowledge of healthcare and analytics to drive customer engagement with the MarketviewTM platform. They will leverage Carrot Health’s new and existing data assets to enhance our product offering while providing actionable and meaningful analytic-driven solutions to support Carrot Health’s customer and product teams.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Product Management to understand customer needs and devise data-driven analyses and custom reports to support cutsomers.
  • Drive MarketView utilization through documentation, hands-on training, and utilization tracking.
  • Work directly with Customer Solutions to provide analytical support for strategic customer accounts.
  • Build Tableau dashboard visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis to customer – lead presentation of analysis directly to customer.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to demonstrate ROI for various modules in the Carrot MarketView platform.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models, segmentation models, and create other data-driven insights to support product marketing and sales.

Cloud Operations Engineer (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Cloud Operations Engineer will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that supports daily internal and external operations of Carrot Health, including the MarketView™ web application. You will apply software programming best practices, analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

Development and Support of the Carrot Health Cloud Infrastructure and MarketView platform including the following:

  • Develop software and AWS system solutions by studying information needs; confer with team members; study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Build repeatable and scalable solutions by leveraging computer science best practices.
  • Program well-designed, testable, efficient code which is delivered on time and of the highest quality.
  • Provide technical support to the Operations and R&D teams during testing and after deployment.
  • Drive and support system availability, scale, and performance activities.

The Data Engineer is responsible for developing and operating a broad set of data services and data assets as part of Carrot Health’s MarketView platform.  As a Data Engineer at Carrot Health, you will be developing and operating data platform services that provide extensible data components as the backbone of the MarketView platform. As a member of the Data Engineering team, you work collaboratively within the team as well as cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Engineers, and Data Scientists while participating in the technology development lifecycle.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate data services to acquire and curate client data, proprietary data, commercial data, and public data.
  • Develop and operate data transformation and data pipeline services that are key to achieving the strategic product capabilities and delivering customer value.
  • Develop and operate data services to monitor and manage data quality throughout the data lifecycle and adhere to data governance objectives.
  • Design and engineer databases, data schemas, and data pipelines that meet engineering best-practices and support the required product capabilities.

The Data Operations Analyst is part of the Data Engineering team and is responsible for supporting the day to day data operations of Carrot Health’s MarketView SaaS platform. As a Data Operations Analyst at Carrot Health, you will support data integrations with clients, maintain complex data pipelines, ensure data quality, and build operational excellence.  As a member of the Data Engineering team, you work collaboratively within the team as well as cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Engineers, and Data Scientists while participating in the technology development lifecycle.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor data pipelines and resolve data issues with clients, partners, and internal teams in a timely manner.

DevOps Engineer (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The DevOps Engineer will enhance the processes to deliver data & visualizations as code through the MarketView™ web application. MarketView is an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform that pulls together a vast universe of consumer data, validated predictive models, and interactive visual reports to deliver actionable insight to health plans and health systems. The DevOps Engineer will apply his/her passion for automation to improve the operations and deployment across all facets of the Carrot Health technology stack.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
Development of the MarketView platform, including the following:

  • Develop a holistic strategy across Carrot Health’s automation needs by working closely with Data Engineering, Product Development and Data Science teams.
  • Architect and build out the deployment pipeline for Tableau dashboards utilizing Git LFS, Kinesis CI (functional/regression testing tool for Tableau), and Tableau Content Migration Tool.
  • Support and improve existing CI/CD pipelines for the NodeJS SaaS web applications.
  • Own and improve automation opportunities across the data pipeline consisting of data receipt, data quality and validation, ELT (extract load transform), and predictive model scoring.
  • Leverage open source or licensed tools to design and build the CI/CD process for deploying updated services to our SaaS customers. This may include the implementation and usage of Jenkins, Chef, Docker, Bamboo, and other pipeline management tools which can integrate into our delivery pipelines.
  • Define and continuously update our cloud architecture to ensure continuous operations, effective monitoring for performance and security.
  • Integrate and schematically depict systems architectures in support of source control strategies, change control, branching, CI/CD, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business via sales of the MarketView solution through assigned channel partners; create a sales process and close deals in targeted markets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for acquisition of new healthcare channel partners; drive revenue from those partners, both directly and through mutual end-customers.
  • Develop relationships and structure partnerships with channel partners.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Promote Carrot Health within channel organizations.
