Campaign Analyst (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Campaign Analyst will lead the implementation and execution of targeted list generation services on behalf of Carrot Health payer and provider customers in support of outreach campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, engagement and compliance.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

As a Campaign Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with Carrot Health’s assigned Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to design outreach strategy, and act as the customer liaison for all campaign initiatives, coordinating as needed with third party vendors (marketing agencies, health interventions, etc.) to drive successful executions.
  • Understand and effectively utilize complex data and propensity models for use in healthcare marketing to create and manage internal and customer-facing performance reporting to monitor campaign status and results.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to leverage a deep understanding of each customer and relevant Carrot Health value proposition(s) to provide targeting recommendations customized to desired audience(s) and objectives.

Responsibilities

The Data Engineer will develop databases and data solutions to support efficiencies in the MarketView platform, including the following:

  • Design and code complex, automated data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources into Snowflake.

  • Ensure data pipeline solutions can support integrations into Tableau, R and Python for consumption by the Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Development of the MarketView platform including the following:

  • Develop a holistic strategy across Carrot Health’s automation needs by working closely with Data Engineering, Product Development and Data Science teams.
  • Architect and build out the deployment pipeline for Tableau dashboards utilizing Git LFS, Kinesis CI (functional/regression testing tool for Tableau), and Tableau Content Migration Tool.
  • Support and improve existing CI/CD pipelines for the NodeJS SaaS web applications.
  • Own and improve automation opportunities across the data pipeline consisting of data receipt, data quality and validation, ELT (extract load transform), and predictive model scoring.

The Tableau Developer will apply creative visualization techniques to build stunning dashboards covering multiple domains in the healthcare industry (market data, marketing, consumer demographic & predictive models, population health). Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support compelling data visualization solutions in Tableau that tell a story
  • Work with Product Management team to determine the motivating reasons for why customers need to see particular data

MarketView is an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform that pulls together a vast universe of consumer data, validated predictive models, and interactive visual reports to deliver actionable insight to health plans and health systems. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the MarketView platform through the following:

  • Coordinate the submission of requirements and track the progress of technical project development through JIRA by understanding complexities and dependencies of the technical MarketView solution.
  • Creates strategy for all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process. Identifies areas of process improvement and builds automation and processes to support the strategy.
  • Configure and maintain JIRA by; adding custom fields, changing workflows, adding automation rules to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
  • Develop reports to serve different needs; including Leadership prioritization and capacity planning, team level prioritization for upcoming sprints.
  • Lead prioritization and planning meetings to ensure that all teams are in alignment on the delivery plan for the upcoming sprints.

  • Serve as Agile coach to for the Development, Customer Success and Product Management teams to ensure that processes are seamless.

Required Qualifications/Skills
