Analytics Solutions Analyst (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Analytics Solutions Analyst will apply a strong willingness to learn, critical thinking, and creativity to assist with the development of analytic-driven solutions to support Carrot Health’s customer and product teams.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Product Management to develop data-driven analyses and custom reports to support ongoing customer engagements.
  • Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage MarketView platform capabilities.
  • Execute and deliver high-quality engagement tasks, both independently and in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Build prototype dashboards to leverage new data and product requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting.
  • Familiarity using R, Python, SQL, or another coding language.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional experience with Tableau or other data visualization software.
  • Experience with care management, population health, quality, or risk adjustment.

Customer Solutions Manager (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Customer Solutions Manager will lead the delivery of consulting services and success milestones with existing customers, functioning as the primary client relationship and business leader for key accounts. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects and drive successful engagement by senior organization leaders; act as a customer liaison for the product development team, gathering requirements that inform new product design; manage accounts, identify new and expanded opportunities for revenue growth, ensure renewal of existing business, and function as a trusted advisor developing long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Carrot MarketView platform, including project management, training and ongoing use.
  • Develop new consulting services opportunities that enhance the ongoing strategic business relationship between Carrot Health and payer and provider customers.
  • Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage MarketView platform capabilities.
  • Lead business and technical design sessions; work with solution architects to design and document solutions that are aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Develop customer strategies based on a synthesis of cross-functional perspectives (both customer and internal).
  • Conduct current state assessments, evaluate results and present solutions in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Qualifications

Healthcare Business Development Manager (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of executing a strategic, consultative sales process for prospective marketing agency channel business partners at a national level.  This position is an incredible opportunity to work with a high growth company in a fast-growing market. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to close business through a consultative process is essential. Experience in healthcare and/or marketing is required.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
Develop new business via sales of the MarketView solution through marketing agency channel partners; create a sales process and close deals in the target payer market.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for acquisition of new healthcare marketing agency channel partners. Drive revenue from those partners, both directly and through mutual end customers.
  • Develop relationships and structure partnerships with channel partners.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Promote Carrot Health within channel organizations.
  • Direct leads developed within the channel to the appropriate salesperson within Carrot Health.
  • Participate in Carrot Health sales discussions as needed.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of partner programs and improve upon them, and otherwise ensure effective engagement.

Technical Support Specialist (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Technical Support Specialist will assist our customers with technical problems when using our product and assist with successful delivery of the MarketView product and related services. They will also assist internal users with credential and access needs.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Carrot Health’s Customer Solutions Managers (CSM) to manage user credentials and access to MarketView and supporting systems.
  • Ensure correct customer configuration for Carrot Health products & services.
  • Assist with product delivery across the MarketView platform and related technologies.
  • Coordinate escalations to our Product Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Assist users with access issues including password and multifactor resets and other log-in issues.
  • Review and respond to user access requests for Carrot Health systems.
  • Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
  • Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
  • Work with Carrot Health Software and DevOps Engineers to improve workflows for User Management and related systems.
  • Recognize patterns in support tickets and propose new solutions to drive internal efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

VP, Data Engineering (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Vice President of Data Engineering is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Carrot Health’s healthcare business intelligence solutions by leading a team that is creating a best-in-class data architecture to support application functionality and data science.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Carrot Health’s strategy and planning in support of innovative data design and scalability.
  • Architect database schemas and supporting documentation.
  • Lead data governance efforts to ensure high quality data.
  • Provide leadership in setting a positive and productive culture, enhancing team and company performance.
  • Lead a high functioning data engineering team, including recruiting and hiring of staff, setting goals and prioritizing workload.
  • Engage in a player/coach role, mentoring staff while working hands-on with the data and achieving company goals.
  • Oversee design of complex automated data pipelines for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources across AWS and Snowflake.
  • Ensure data pipeline solutions can support integrations into Tableau, R and Python for consumption by the data science team.
  • Research, analyze and provide an opinion on database and data pipeline solutions after analyzing the costs and benefits and end use.
