Analytics Solutions Analyst (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Analytics Solutions Analyst will apply a strong willingness to learn, critical thinking, and creativity to assist with the development of analytic-driven solutions to support Carrot Health’s customer and product teams.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Product Management to develop data-driven analyses and custom reports to support ongoing customer engagements.
  • Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage MarketView platform capabilities.
  • Execute and deliver high-quality engagement tasks, both independently and in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Build prototype dashboards to leverage new data and product requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting.

Data Science Manager (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Data Science Manager will take ownership of advancing our Data Science capabilities across one of the largest data sets in the health industry, which combines consumer data and healthcare data. The Data Science Manager will provide hands-on leadership to accomplish the development of predictive analytics and machine learning solutions to support Carrot Health’s MarketView SaaS platform, and will apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Data Scientists working across MarketView to prioritize and guide work to completion
  • Drive data science strategy and deliver data science solutions to support Carrot MarketView SaaS offering
  • Work with Data Engineering to architect & implement a scalable model deployment process to integrate into data pipelines
  • Own and improve the entire data science workflow including model development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Research and apply new statistical learning model approach to improve Carrot Health’s modeling capabilities

DevOps Engineer (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The DevOps Engineer will enhance the processes to deliver data & visualizations as code through the MarketView™ web application. MarketView is an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform that pulls together a vast universe of consumer data, validated predictive models, and interactive visual reports to deliver actionable insight to health plans and health systems. The DevOps Engineer will apply his/her passion for automation to improve the operations and deployment across all facets of the Carrot Health technology stack.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
Development of the MarketView platform, including the following:

  • Develop a holistic strategy across Carrot Health’s automation needs by working closely with Data Engineering, Product Development and Data Science teams.
  • Architect and build out the deployment pipeline for Tableau dashboards utilizing Git LFS, Kinesis CI (functional/regression testing tool for Tableau), and Tableau Content Migration Tool.
  • Support and improve existing CI/CD pipelines for the NodeJS SaaS web applications.
  • Own and improve automation opportunities across the data pipeline consisting of data receipt, data quality and validation, ELT (extract load transform), and predictive model scoring.
  • Leverage open source or licensed tools to design and build the CI/CD process for deploying updated services to our SaaS customers. This may include the implementation and usage of Jenkins, Chef, Docker, Bamboo, and other pipeline management tools which can integrate into our delivery pipelines.
  • Define and continuously update our cloud architecture to ensure continuous operations, effective monitoring for performance and security.
  • Integrate and schematically depict systems architectures in support of source control strategies, change control, branching, CI/CD, etc.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
  • 2+ year of experience as an DevOps Engineer, Software Development Engineer or similar with a passion for automation.

Healthcare Business Development Manager (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of executing a strategic, consultative sales process for prospective marketing agency channel business partners at a national level.  This position is an incredible opportunity to work with a high growth company in a fast-growing market. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to close business through a consultative process is essential. Experience in healthcare and/or marketing is required.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
Develop new business via sales of the MarketView solution through marketing agency channel partners; create a sales process and close deals in the target payer market.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for acquisition of new healthcare marketing agency channel partners. Drive revenue from those partners, both directly and through mutual end customers.
  • Develop relationships and structure partnerships with channel partners.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Promote Carrot Health within channel organizations.
  • Direct leads developed within the channel to the appropriate salesperson within Carrot Health.
  • Participate in Carrot Health sales discussions as needed.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Product Analyst (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Product Analyst will use technical and soft skills to help drive the successful development and implementation of our MarketView Software as a Service offering.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Translate market and customer requirements into technical requirements needed to facilitate Product Development and/or product prototyping.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise related to specific healthcare domain areas and translating this knowledge to inform product feature development.
  • Maintain internal and external training documentation.
  • Conducting market research to help inform strategic direction of the product offering.
  • Actively participate in daily/weekly development activities, such as sprint planning meetings and daily standups.
  • Conduct QA/UAT on enhancements/additions to the MarketView platform.
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators for the assigned product.

  • Familiarity with Quality measure sets -- technical definitions, update cadence, and application in government-sponsored programs. Quality measure sets of highest interest include HEDIS, PQA, and CAHPS.

The Security Compliance Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day activities that support and enhance Carrot Health’s overall information security and compliance posture. This position will work closely with all departments to maintain and evolve the strong information security and compliance foundation that underlies the growth and success of Carrot Health.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, and related compliance needs.
  • Assist in fulfilling information requests from clients, prospects, and third-party partners.
  • Research security policy enhancements and make recommendations to management.
  • Participate in recurring security control assessments and audits.
  • Administer ongoing security awareness training and testing activities.
  • Promote cybersecurity improvements across the organization.
  • Contribute updates to security processes and policies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Remain up-to-date on regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

The Tableau Developer will apply creative visualization techniques to build stunning dashboards covering multiple domains in the healthcare industry (market data, marketing, consumer demographic & predictive models, population health), pushing the boundaries of what Tableau can do to deliver a best-in-class user experience while supporting a scalable product. 

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support compelling data visualization solutions in Tableau that tell a story
  • Work with Product Management team to determine the motivating reasons for why customers need to see particular data
  • Create and maintain standards for design and QA of dashboards, and mentor team on standard methodologies and best practices
  • Maintain internal solutions that allow a single workbook to be replicated across many customer workbooks
  • Assess and improve current processes and recommend changes as needed
  • Develop complex SQL queries to manipulate data into required formats for Tableau, and communicate data requirements to Data Engineering

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years experience using Tableau for the creation and automation of enterprise scale dashboards, standard reports, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports
  • Experience with advanced Tableau topics such as complex calculations, LOD, table calculations, parameters, geographic mapping, and performance optimization
  • Working understanding of data warehousing concepts

  • Experience integrating Tableau with Snowflake
