Customer Solutions Manager - Payer and Provider Markets (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Customer Solutions Manager will lead the delivery of consulting services and success milestones with existing payer and provider customers, functioning as the primary client relationship and business leader for key accounts. Work with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects and drive successful engagement by senior organization leaders. Act as a customer liaison for the product development team, gathering requirements that inform new product design. Manage accounts, identify new and expanded opportunities for revenue growth, ensure renewal of existing business, and function as a trusted advisor developing long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Carrot MarketView platform, including project management, training and ongoing use.
  • Develop new consulting services opportunities that enhance the ongoing strategic business relationship between Carrot Health and payer and provider customers.
  • Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage MarketView platform capabilities.
  • Lead business and technical design sessions; work with solution architects to design and document solutions that are aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Develop customer strategies based on a synthesis of cross-functional perspectives (both customer and internal).
  • Conduct current state assessments, evaluate results and present solutions in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Senior Software Engineer (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

Carrot Health is looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN enhancing the MarketView™ web application. MarketView is an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform that pulls together a vast universe of consumer data, validated predictive models, and interactive visual reports to deliver actionable insight to health plans and health systems. You will apply software programming best practices, analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

Development of the MarketView platform including the following:

  • Code feature enhancements and maintain existing code of the MarketView web application and User Management System.
  • Develop software and AWS system solutions by studying information needs; confer with team members; study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Build repeatable and scalable solutions by leveraging computer science best practices.
  • Function as a tech lead and help mentor junior engineers in the team.
  • Program well-designed, testable, efficient code which is delivered on time and of the highest quality.

Data Engineer (Full-Time, Minneapolis, MN)

The Data Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Carrot Health’s MarketView solutions by creating a best-in-class data architecture to support application functionality and data science.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

The Data Engineer will develop databases and data solutions to support efficiencies in the MarketView platform, including the following:

  • Design and code complex, automated data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources into Snowflake.
  • Build and maintain database schemas and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure data pipeline solutions can support integrations into Tableau, R and Python for consumption by the Product Engineering team.
  • Identify, design and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes, optimizing data storage and delivery, creating R functions and packages for the Product Engineering team, etc.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing software as a Data Engineer and/or Software Engineer.
  • SQL knowledge and experience designing and working with relational databases.

You will push the boundaries of what Tableau can do to deliver a best-in-class user experience while supporting a scalable product.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support compelling data visualization solutions in Tableau that tell a story
  • Work with Product Management team to determine the motivating reasons for why customers need to see particular data
  • Create and maintain standards for design and QA of dashboards, and mentor team on standard methodologies and best practices
  • Maintain internal solutions that allow a single workbook to be replicated across many customer workbooks

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the overall quality of Carrot Health’s software-as-a-service platform. This position defines our quality assurance strategic direction by working closely with the data engineering and product development, management, and operations teams.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position based in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining, planning and assisting with the execution of testing efforts to ensure that:
    • Tableau UI/functionality adheres to use cases,
    • Tableau Reporting data presented is consistent with source databases,
    • and complex ETL processes are adhering to transformations & logic outlined in requirements.
  • Establishing quality and reliability standards by studying product and customer requirements with other members of management and with product management, development, and data engineering teams.
  • Designing and implementing quality assurance requirements and following up on work results.
  • Establishing a product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Managing quality control efforts on a day-to-day basis.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Carrot Health Customer Solutions team, Product Management team, and customers directly through the following:

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Product Management to understand customer needs and devise data-driven analyses and custom reports to support
  • Work directly with Customer Solutions to provide analytical support for strategic customer accounts
  • Build tableau dashboard visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis to customer – lead presentation of analysis directly to customer
